With more than 20 years of experience, Silvio Berlfein is known for helping people connect and work better together.
He holds a degree in Physical Education and Recreation, and his love for movement led him to explore many styles, including Israeli Folk Dancing. Silvio is also passionate about musical theatre and the stage — when he leads a session, it feels like he’s on stage, bringing fun and energy to everyone in the room.
Silvio’s work with Axialent gave him the chance to help teams around the world. He has helped create impactful programs with companies like CISCO, Microsoft, General Motors, HP, and Starwood Hotels, reaching people in the US, Scotland, England, Spain, Uruguay, Mexico, France, and Argentina.
After being the Program Director for the New Jersey Y Camps for over 20 years, Silvio now travels during the summer to various camps, helping train staff and build stronger teams.
